  1. TYPE 10 -  OUTGOING, FACTUAL, CARING, & CASUAL

  3. Type 10 individuals are sociable people who enjoy activity and are
  4. interested in the results of a project.  They are outgoing, often
  5. plain spoken and may work well either indoors or out of doors.
  6. They do not mind interruptions but are often impatient with lengthy
  7. and boring assignments.  They are normally liked by others, are
  8. good at resolving conflicts and solving problems.  They work
  9. quickly but dislike complicated procedures.

  11. On the job, Type 10 individuals are precise and patient with detail
  12. and usually reach their conclusions in an orderly step-by-step
  13. manner.  They prefer an established time frame for accomplishing
  14. tasks and work best with standardized procedures rather than
  15. creating new ones.

  17. When working with fellow employees, they are concerned about other
  18. people's feelings and enjoy pleasing them.  They like working in
  19. harmonious surroundings and their efficiency may suffer when
  20. conflicts arise.  Their decisions are often influenced by other
  21. people's personal likes and dislikes.  They tend to be sympathetic
  22. and dislike giving people unpleasant news.  They are easy to work
  23. with and function best with occasional praise.

  25. Type 10 individuals are very adaptable individuals who deal well
  26. with change and alterations to projects.  They are easy going in
  27. most situations and are not easily frustrated when time pressures
  28. are a factor.  They may become involved in several projects and
  29. find it difficult to complete them in a timely manner.  They may
  30. complete the most interesting assignments first and postpone the
  31. more undesirable duties until last.  Decision making is sometimes
  32. difficult and a need for further information may characterize their
  33. style.
